The shipping of books is usually provided by the Czech Post. A recipient pay all shipping and shipping-associated costs. In the Czech Republic is shipping fee 100.0 CZK + package insurance. For other countries is shipping fee individual.
If you are not satisfied with the item, you can give it back (it must be in the same state, as you received it!). You can return it in person or by posting it as a cash on delivery package (+ package insurance) until 14th day from the day when you recieved the item.
